Who am I, you ask? Well, I'm an 18-year-old student from Ontario, Canada and I love graphic design, photography and technology. I'm self-taught in both raster and vector graphic programs and I'm known to photograph many random things with my Nikon D40. Previously based in New York, London and Milan, Amelie Hegardt is today living and working in Stockholm. Her background and exposure is broad. After a foundation year at Stockholm Art School Amelie studied at Central Saint Martins in London. In 2005 she moved to New York and signed with her current agents. With her blushing mannequins accompanied with bleeding ink and splashes of water color, Amelie´s sensual, timeless and sometimes suggestive work has over recent years become the staple diet for clients such as Mac Cosmetics, Elle, Marie Claire, Black Book, Holt Renfrew, Bloomingdales, Virgin, Guerlain, Neiman Marcus and Vogue Giogello.
